The Dalian Urban Logistics Joint Distribution Center, located in the core area of modern logistics on North China Road in Dalian, covers a total area of 133000 square meters, with 4 warehouses covering three temperature zones: normal temperature, low temperature, and ultra-low temperature. The total area is 53500 square meters, and it has 2 railway dedicated lines. At present, our main business is logistics services that integrate "storage, transportation, and trade", including providing full chain services such as warehouse storage, sorting, packaging, sorting, and distribution, as well as utilizing railway dedicated lines to carry out logistics projects. The main customers include Shunfeng Cold Transport, Asian Fishing Port, Sanquan Food, Chenyang Technology, Xiangxiang Food, Nongfu Spring, Xinyitong, etc. Through cooperation with Port of Dalian, the park has been approved by the Ministry of Transport for the first batch of "multimodal transport demonstration projects", and the economic attraction zone can be extended to Russia, Japan and South Korea, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and other regions.

Xinyitong Logistics Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest enterprises to settle in the Dalian City Logistics Joint Distribution Center. Through visiting Dalian port and high-end seafood sales enterprises, with high-quality logistics management services, high standard ultra-low temperature warehouses, high-quality ultra-low temperature handling equipment and other hardware advantages, it has attracted the entry of tuna, peony shrimp, sweet shrimp and other high-end seafood ultra-low temperature storage projects.

"As a transit warehouse in Dalian, tuna fishing boats landed in Dalian Port, stored in the No. 4 ultralow temperature warehouse in the park, and then exported. At the peak, we warehoused nearly 1000 tons of tuna in four days, successfully completed the warehousing task, and was recognized by customers." At present, the storage capacity of ultra-low temperature warehouses in the park has reached 1700 tons and has been in full operation, making it the best operating state since the logistics center was built and put into use

At present, the Dalian City Logistics Joint Distribution Center is actively developing container cold chain train services. Centering on Dalian's development strategy of "striving to become stronger towards the sea", and taking advantage of the railway advantages, we will actively promote the container sea rail intermodal transport project, make in-depth docking with ports and customers, and plan to develop the Dalian Hunchun railway container cold chain transport project, that is, the aquatic products will be shipped ashore from Dalian port, and will be transported to Hunchun by railway. At the same time, we will integrate Hunchun marine products back to Dalian for export or domestic sales, form a round trip train, and build a cold chain train based on it, A new product that combines multiple intermodal modes.
