The first batch of products adopt the latest patented technology of double tube anti electric wall, with ultra-high anti electric shock safety guarantee and super large hot water output rate. The product also has higher energy efficiency and hot water output rate.

On the production line of the first phase of Galanz intelligent factory for electric water heater, the whole industrial chain is highly autonomous, from the processes of sheet cutting, stamping, cleaning, welding, sanding, enamel, etc. for the production of the inner liner of the core component of the electric water heater, to the processes of cutting, automatic welding, spraying, silk screen printing, etc. for the production of the shell, and then to the whole process of the overall assembly of the whole water heater.
