This automated and digital supply chain system greatly improves the circulation efficiency of goods and ensures efficient delivery of goods to Hemamen stores. Taking the sorting link in the supply chain as an example, AGV intelligent robots, mechanical arms, cross belt sorters and other automation equipment have also been invested. At the same time, there is a server cloud deployment architecture. With the help of Alibaba Cloud's computing power, the optimal sorting path of rubber frames has been calculated, and the single day sorting capacity has reached more than 2.8 million copies.

The central kitchen factory is also a major feature of Hema's self built supply chain center. Fresh raw materials are gathered here and deeply reprocessed through Hemayang Kitchen to produce fresh food products mainly consisting of prefabricated dishes. "When ducks come in, they become Shanghainese people people's favorite sauce duck; when soybeans come in, they become daily fresh tofu; when flour comes in, they become various flour products," said Tang Lei, head of the Central Kitchen Factory.

At present, Hema has built its own central kitchen factory to improve the research, development, production and transportation links of Private label prefabricated dishes. Every link from raw materials to production, transportation to stores can be traced.
