Mr. Fu said that after placing the order, customer service stated that the coupon was incorrect. They wanted me to make up 1000 yuan and ship the goods. The next day, they negotiated to make up 800 yuan, but I didn't agree to his plan. If he didn't make up, he wouldn't ship the goods


Regarding this, the merchant stated that when setting up the voucher, Mr. Fu was given a 2000 yuan voucher, which may have been accidentally sent incorrectly. Considering the large loss, they have been communicating with him.

The merchant provides two solutions: 1. If the merchant does not ship, they will compensate Mr. 500 yuan according to platform rules; 2. Mr. Fu will pay a price difference of 800 yuan for the merchant's shipment.


On July 9th, Mr. Fu stated that he had reached a settlement with the merchant after communication, and the merchant expressed apologies for this matter.
