Fuzhou Changle International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone is the sixth approved comprehensive bonded zone and the first airport comprehensive bonded zone in Fujian Province, with a planned total land area of 1.83 square kilometers. It is located in the airport economic industry area of Fuzhou New Area, close to Changle International Airport, and has obvious advantages in the linkage of sea, land and air logistics. The comprehensive bonded zone currently focuses on docking with 8 aviation industry related projects such as Xue Hang and Weiya, with a total investment of over 4 billion yuan.

According to current relevant policies, the customs implements closed management of the comprehensive bonded area. Goods entering the comprehensive bonded area from overseas and entering the comprehensive bonded area through export customs declaration are bonded. Foreign trade and foreign exchange management departments also implement relatively preferential policies for the bonded area. Enterprises carry out port operations in the comprehensive bonded zone. After customs and other departments inspect goods in the park, they can transfer customs for export at any port (sea port or airport) without the need for further unpacking and inspection.
