After binding overseas bank cards on Alipay, they can be used nationwide. Whether it's going to offline stores for consumption or taking a taxi or subway, everything can be done on your phone. This means that athletes and tourists from all over the world can easily and quickly use Alipay to live in China.

According to the official introduction of Alipay, the process for overseas users to use Alipay is the same as that for domestic users. The first step is to download, install and register Alipay, and the second step is to bind overseas bank cards. Currently, bank cards issued by mainstream overseas bank card organizations are supported, such as Visa, Mastercard, DinersClub, Discover, etc. It is also synchronized with domestic users in use, and can be used wherever Alipay can be used for consumption.

It is understood that in November 2020, Alipay was the first "overseas user payment scheme" approved in China. Alipay said that it will continue to optimize its products and services in order to enable overseas users to enjoy a better mobile payment experience in China.
