People's Daily, Stockholm, July 21 (Reporter Yin Miao) On July 21, Cui Aimin, the Chinese ambassador to Sweden, made a special trip to Uppsala, Sweden, to visit Professor Yangkrist Janssen, an internationally renowned bioseparation scientist, an academician of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, and a winner of the China International Science and Technology Cooperation Award.

Cui Aimin congratulated Professor Yang Sen on his 85th birthday and praised his outstanding achievements in biotechnology research and industrialization, as well as his positive contributions to the cause of human health. He thanked him for his years of dedication to promoting scientific research cooperation between China and Switzerland and enhancing friendship between the two peoples, and welcomed him to visit China again at his convenience.

Professor Yangkrist Yangsen recalled the past happily and said that China's development was obvious to all and was willing to make more efforts for the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
