I will also buy this radio for teenagers and grandchildren to make them interested in listening to the radio and operating radio equipment. The ATS-20 is a great small radio. If you are not a loyal fan of some blocked radio stations, this machine is still good to use. Is the only way to listen to those blocked radio stations to replace the main chip? Or buy a full band radio for twice the price?

If you are a shortwave listening enthusiast, the ATS-20 is simply amazing. The medium wave and frequency modulation reception performance of this device is also excellent. There is still room for further improvement on this machine. For example, I prefer a more advanced USB input port, which comes with outdated Mini USB ports. It would be great to have a Type-C port. Can the old BNC connector be changed to SO239 type connector? Can it be equipped with a large-sized battery that can fill the entire base, instead of a battery that is half the size of a piece of gum?
