Among them, internet and software companies ranked 9 this year and 15 in 2022. On the 2023 list, employers in the financial industry saw the highest growth, accounting for 13%, compared to 10% in 2022, mainly due to newly listed commercial banks and financial service companies. The proportion of employers in the Fast-moving consumer goods and retail industries, biopharmaceuticals/medical equipment and machinery/industrial equipment/equipment industries on the list has slightly increased compared with 2022.

In addition, in the 2023 graduate recruitment of college students who love employers, 82% of the jobs are related to Product development design, 75% are related to user experience, 57% are related to data analysis and market observation, 42% are related to product safety and reliability, and 36% are related to production efficiency and cost control.
