The "5+1" major project to form a new pattern of high resolution special data and application of high-resolution Earth observation system (referred to as the "high score project"), like the Human spaceflight project and the lunar exploration project, is one of the 16 major projects identified in the national mid - and long-term scientific and technological development plan outline. The High Resolution Earth Observation System Data and Application Center (referred to as the "High Resolution Center") is a comprehensive data management platform that integrates the reception, processing, management, distribution, and sharing of high resolution data in the High Resolution Special Project. The Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources attaches great importance to the integration and application of high score data and geological data, and vigorously promotes the integration and application of high score data and geological data.
Yi Maoqiang, Director of the Engineering Geology Department of Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, introduced that since July 2020, units affiliated with Shandong Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources have been approved to build five high scoring centers. Nansi Lake is the largest freshwater lake in northern China and an important storage reservoir for the East Route of the South to North Water Diversion Project. The Gaofen Tai'an Center actively promotes the deep integration of Gaofen remote sensing technology and ecological environment protection work. On the basis of integrating geological environment, basic geographic information and other data, it carries out ecological environment monitoring and evaluation, drinking water source protection monitoring, river and lake water quality monitoring, and other ecological environment thematic applications, with digital empowerment to protect green waters and mountains.
The High Score Dezhou Center continuously expands the application scope of high score remote sensing technology, forming a high score remote sensing application product system involving dozens of specialized products in multiple business fields such as natural resources, agriculture, water conservancy, etc. It continuously provides precise and high score remote sensing professional technical support and services for Dezhou and surrounding cities. With the "living water" of "high score remote sensing+geological technology", it injects continuous momentum into the digital and refined management of local governments.
