Chinese quadruped robot head manufacturer Yunshen unveiled the latest generation of agile quadruped robot, Lite3, and industrial grade quadruped robot X20.

It is reported that ICRA is hosted by the International Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and is a top international conference for robotics and automation researchers to showcase and explore scientific research achievements.

At the exhibition site, the Jue Ying Lite3 showcased its cutting-edge athletic and perceptual abilities through difficult movements such as forward somersaults, long jumps, and high jumps, as well as autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance. The X20 also gained attention with its highly robust and self balanced multi joint collaborative motion control system and 85 kg extreme load.

According to Yunshen, the Jueying Lite3 is designed for educational and scientific research scenarios. With the support of Yunshen's latest self-developed joints, control systems, and leading algorithms, it has strong, agile, and long-lasting motion capabilities. The open modular structure and interface can greatly enhance the expansion space, and can conduct in-depth development of advanced perception abilities such as autonomous navigation, automatic obstacle stopping and avoidance, visual positioning, and environmental reconstruction.

The Jueying X20 is aimed at industry applications and can provide efficient and professional industry solutions for various fields such as power and pipeline inspection, emergency rescue and reconnaissance, building surveying and mapping. The X20 has an IP66 protection level, a maximum movement speed of 4.95m/s, an ultimate load of 85 kilograms, the ability to climb up and down 20 cm stairs, the ability to jump, the ability to jump over 1 meter wide ravines, and the ability to complete difficult debris obstacle crossing.
