On the morning of June 19th, the first National Industrial Internet Innovation Competition was launched in Beijing. This competition focuses on technology transformation, aiming to stimulate the potential and innovation vitality of technological research and development in the field of industrial internet, and deeply explore the top innovative technologies and application achievements of industrial internet in the country.

This competition is open to the whole society. The preliminary round will be held online in July, and the final round will be held in Hefei, Anhui in August. As a national level science and technology competition, the competition will follow the integrated development model of "promoting research through competition, promoting application through competition, promoting cooperation through competition, promoting communication through competition, and replacing selection through competition", focusing on the three major scientific issues of the industrial internet in the future. The competition will set up three tracks within enterprises, between enterprises, and fully connected, totaling five questions, and select excellent algorithms, models, and solutions to solve the pain points of the industrial internet.

It is reported that the National Industrial Internet Innovation Competition will build a new economic ecosystem, create an open cooperation platform that gathers technological resources, innovation resources, industrial resources, university resources, and expert forces, and promote the high-quality development of the industrial Internet.

The competition was guided by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and co sponsored by the Ministry of Information science of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province, the People's Government of Hefei City, Anhui Province, and the China Industrial Internet Research Institute.
