As a representative of the development of Changsha Industrial Park, Changsha Zhongdian Software Park has become one of the most influential technology service parks in China after more than ten years of development. At the second China International Software Development Conference in 2023, Changsha Zhongdian Software Park was awarded the title of "2022 Most Dynamic Software Park", continuously promoting high-quality development of the digital economy and laying a solid foundation for the development of the real economy.

As a major livelihood industry with abundant innovation vitality, strong interdisciplinary nature, and wide scale and coverage, the home furnishing industry has shown an increasingly significant trend in the integration of digital and intellectual capabilities. Realizing the integration of digital and intellectual capabilities in the home furnishing industry and upgrading high-quality living consumption is a development demand for many brand merchants and consumers. Through further docking and communication between industries, parks, and park enterprises, we can better link technology, brands, enterprises, parks, and other institutions to empower each other, effectively accelerating the rapid development of Hunan's pan intelligent home furnishing industry.

It is understood that Changsha Zhongdian Software Park is located in the Lugu High tech Zone of Changsha Xiangjiang New Area. It was established in May 2009 and jointly funded by China Electronics' Great Wall Information Industry Co., Ltd. and Changsha Software Park Co., Ltd. The park has been included in the special plan for the strategic emerging industry information industry in Hunan Province. It is an important measure to implement the spirit of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between the Hunan Provincial Government and China Electronics Information Industry Group, It is an important layout for Hunan Province to undertake the gradient transfer of coastal advantageous industries, accelerate the development of electronic information industry, enhance and transform traditional industries, optimize industrial structure, promote the rise of central China, and promote the construction of a "two oriented society" in the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan urban agglomeration.

At the same time, it has attracted a group of enterprises similar to Great Wall Galaxy Technology and excellent military civilian integration entrepreneurial enterprises to settle in. We have initially formed three major military civilian integration industrial clusters: Beidou application, information security, and integrated circuits. More than 80% of the country's major engineering model information systems, more than 90% of the display products of the new generation manned spacecraft and space station, and more than 30% of the military's optical fiber hydrophone all come from Changsha CEC Software Park.

Independent computing, Beidou navigation, mobile Internet, Industrial Internet and other industries are gathering and developing in the park. The Beidou industry has grown from scratch, and the core sub park of the National Cybersecurity Industrial Park (Changsha), the National Beidou Professional Characteristic Demonstration Park (Changsha), and the Hunan Commercial Cryptography Industry Demonstration Base have successively settled in the park.
