Specifically, from July 1 to December 31, 2023, production enterprises can apply to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Telecommunications Equipment Certification Center) for the use of the new network access permit logo, or continue to apply for and use the original network access permit paper logo. Starting from January 1, 2024, we will comprehensively promote the new network access permit sign. At that time, the original paper logo for the network access permit will no longer be issued. The previously issued paper logo will remain valid during the validity period of the network access permit and can continue to be used.

Enterprises can adopt one or more of the following methods to apply the new network access license mark based on the actual product: firstly, electronic display. For telecommunications equipment with electronic display screens, a new type of network access permission flag can be set and displayed in the operating system or management software of the telecommunications equipment. The second is physical printing. On the outer body, nameplate, or packaging of telecommunications equipment products, printing, spray painting, molding, etching, and other methods are directly adopted to print the new network access permit logo according to production needs, in order to achieve unified product design and printing effects. The third is label adhesion. On the outer body, nameplate, or packaging of telecommunications equipment products, labels with new network access permit signs shall be affixed or attached according to production needs. Fourth, other situations that comply with regulations.
