Meanwhile, the registered capital of the company has decreased from approximately 295 million RMB to approximately 280 million RMB.

According to data, the company was established in April 2015, with Li Xiang as its legal representative. Its business scope includes technology development, sales of automotive parts, manufacturing of new energy intelligent vehicles, engineering and technology research and experimental development, etc. Currently, the company is jointly owned by Li Xiang and Li Tie.

It is reported that in December last year, Li Auto announced that Shen Yanan resigned as the executive director and president of the company, and Ma Donghui was appointed as the executive director and president of the company, effective from January 1, 2023. In addition, Shen Yanan will also resign from other positions in the group. To ensure a smooth transition in his work, his final working day is expected to be around the end of June 2023.
