However, as the internet communication environment becomes increasingly complex, in order to ensure healthy discussions within the community, Zhihu has completed the offline development of the anonymous function in the latest version of the app and has recently submitted it for review by major app stores. It is expected to be launched in major app stores on July 14th, and the anonymous function will be officially offline on both new and old versions of the app and PC. At that time, the 'anonymous publishing' portal will be cancelled, and users will not be able to anonymously create questions or publish content. For historical anonymous content, users can freely choose whether to convert it to a real name.
