Alipay: Don't talk to cheats!

According to the news on Alipay's official account on July 20, recently, Alipay received feedback from users that fraudsters were posing as "Alipay Customer Service", "Alipay Ant Financial Service Customer Service Center" and other identities, and using the "FaceTime" function of Apple's mobile phone to launch video calls to users, thus committing fraud.

Here Alipay reminds users:

1. First, I'm not called "Ant Financial". Alipay belongs to "Ant Group".

2. Alipay will not contact users by means of "FaceTime", personal social account, etc. The "customer service" contacted by these means are fraudsters.

3. Alipay has two official contact channels, one is the official customer service hotline 95188, and the other is "My Customer Service" in Alipay APP.

WeChat Security Center Reminder

According to the news on July 19 on the official account of the WeChat security center, we recently received feedback from users that a liar falsely claimed that he was an official customer service such as "WeChat customer service center", "WeChat return visit center", "WeChat Pay center", and used the "FaceTime" function to initiate video calls to iOS system users.

The WeChat team hereby declares that they will not contact users through FaceTime, but any use of this method is considered impersonation and should not be answered. Please be wary of unfamiliar FaceTime calls and avoid being deceived.
