On October 19th, Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong met with Apple CEO Cook in Beijing, and the two sides exchanged views on issues such as Apple's development in China and industrial chain supply chain cooperation.

Jin Zhuanglong stated that China supports the construction of an open world economy and will comprehensively lift restrictions on foreign investment access in the manufacturing industry, expanding market access for digital products and other markets. I hope that Apple will continue to take root in China, invest in China, further improve the level and level of cooperation with China, actively participate in China's new industrialization process, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

Cook stated that Apple is willing to actively participate in the high-quality development of the Chinese economy, continue to promote green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing in China, continuously enrich the developer ecosystem, and support the common growth of industry chain supply chain partners.
