Since Xiaomi's 14th after-sales service, its sales performance has been very hot. Previously, there were reports that Xiaomi 14 had sold over a million units, but officials have not confirmed it. On the morning of November 7th, Lei Jun, the founder and CEO of Xiaomi, known as an "honest person", confirmed this news on Weibo.
Xiaomi 14 Series
Lei Jun responded to a question from a Weibo user regarding the sales of Xiaomi 14. The netizen asked, "Has the sales of Xiaomi 14 exceeded one million? When can we open up supply?" Lei Jun also responded shortly, "It is indeed over a million units, but the shortage is still serious. We are working hard to urge orders, please be patient and wait." It is not difficult to see from Lei Jun's response that Xiaomi 14 has indeed sold over one million units, but Mr. Lei also admitted to encountering a serious shortage problem and is making every effort to solve it. This is exactly the same as the Huawei Mate60 series, another popular model that was launched earlier.
Lei Jun Weibo Reply to Netizens
Although both the Xiaomi 14 and Huawei Mate60 series are currently plagued by shortages, their selling points are not quite the same. The reason why Xiaomi 14 has achieved such success is not only due to the good reputation established by the previous generation Xiaomi 13, but also because its product strength has been significantly improved compared to the previous generation, with better screens, camera modules, and stronger processors. In addition, it has a rare small screen size and a price starting from 3999 yuan, giving it a good cost-effectiveness.
