On May 19th, the opening ceremony of the "5th International Intelligent Sports Conference", sponsored by relevant units such as Tianjin Sports Bureau, Tianjin Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Tianjin Institute of Sports, was held at the Tianjin Institute of Sports Gymnasium.

Among them, competitions such as drone football and national simulated flight network elite competition made their debut at the International Intelligent Sports Conference, attracting countless attention.

The first four international intelligent sports conferences had over 80 representative teams from over 30 countries, regions, and nearly 15 provinces and cities in China, with over 100 million people participating in online and offline events.

This conference retains the highly acclaimed esports events of the past, innovatively setting up the "Drone Football Tournament" and "Simulated Cycling Tournament", and for the first time introducing the national level event "National Simulated Flight Network Elite Tournament" from the Air Traffic Control Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the China Aviation Sports Association.

Among them, a total of 34 teams from universities such as Nankai University and Tianjin University have signed up to participate in the unmanned aerial vehicle football competition. More than 20 teams have signed up to participate in the electronic sports competition. The simulated flight network elite competition selects more than 100 players from online applicants to participate in the offline debut competition.
