Global Network Technology Comprehensive ReportOn June 26th, the World Economic Forum released the "2023 Top Ten Emerging Technologies Report", which selected the top ten technologies with the most potential and positive impact on the world.

These ten emerging technologies include: flexible batteries, generative artificial intelligence, sustainable aviation fuel, engineering bacteriophages, Metaverse to improve mental health, wearable plant sensors, spaceomics, flexible neuroelectronics, sustainable computing, and artificial intelligence assisted medicine.

Taking flexible batteries as an example, this new generation battery technology is expected to have a market value of $240 million by 2027, and has application prospects in fields such as medical wearable devices, biomedical sensors, flexible displays, and smart watches.

It is reported that during the selection process, the expert team evaluated the impact of technology on human, Earth, prosperity, industry, and social equity. Experts believe that in addition to bringing significant benefits to society and the economy, these technologies are also disruptive, attractive to investors and researchers, and are expected to be widely applied within five years.

The person in charge of the World Economic Forum stated that these ten emerging technologies will disrupt industries, promote economic growth, improve life, and protect the Earth.
