The main line of the contact network of the entire Lairong high-speed railway is 194.99km long. This contact network cold slip test vehicle conducted round-trip cold slip detection on the entire line at an average speed of 60km/h. The cold sliding test of overhead contact system engineering is to detect the contact condition between the pantograph and the network, check the insulation distance between the pantograph and the grounding body, and check the intrusion along the line through the sliding of the test vehicle's pantograph when the overhead contact system is not powered on. Focus on dynamic testing and inspection of data such as overhead contact line bifurcation, segmentation, contact line height, pull-out value, and hard point suspension chord height difference, to ensure good contact between the contact wire and the pantograph, and to avoid phenomena such as "pantograph detachment", "pantograph scraping", and "pantograph drilling". The detection results of this non charged cold sliding experiment will provide important technical data support for subsequent charged hot sliding tests and joint debugging and testing.
To ensure the smooth progress of this test, Lairong High Speed Railway Company and the Lairong Project Department of China Railway Electrification Bureau actively coordinated with various disciplines and equipment management units to determine the cold sliding path, developed detailed cold sliding test plans and safety technical measures, established a contact network cold sliding test leading group and emergency rescue group, clarified the responsibilities of personnel, and made sufficient preparations from the aspects of cold sliding machinery, personnel arrangement, data analysis, etc, Ensure the smooth progress of the cold sliding test.
