[Global Network Technology Comprehensive Report] On July 17, according to the website of Shanghai Stock Exchange, Megvii Co., Ltd. resumed the issuance registration procedure on July 15.

Previously, Megvii suspended its issuance registration procedures because the financial information recorded in the listing application documents had expired and needed to be supplemented. At present, the audit status of Megvii has been changed to resume the issuance registration procedure.

In August 2019, Megvii submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In March 2021, Megvii chose to move to the science and technology innovation board, and its listing was once relatively smooth. In September 2021, the IPO of Megvii was approved at the municipal party committee meeting.

However, after that, Kuangsi suspended its issuance and registration procedures in March 2022 and March 2023 respectively due to issues with the validity period of financial information in the listing documents.

According to the public information, Megvii is an AI company focusing on the Internet of Things scenario. It provides a full stack and integrated solution including algorithms, software and hardware products for the three core scenarios of the Internet of Things of consumption, the Internet of Things of cities, and the Internet of Things of supply chain. At the same time, the company plans to raise 6.018 billion yuan through IPO.
