Previously, Megvii suspended its issuance registration procedures because the financial information recorded in the listing application documents had expired and needed to be supplemented. At present, the audit status of Megvii has been changed to resume the issuance registration procedure.

In August 2019, Megvii submitted a prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In March 2021, Megvii chose to move to the science and technology innovation board, and its listing was once relatively smooth. In September 2021, the IPO of Megvii was approved at the municipal party committee meeting.

However, after that, Kuangsi suspended its issuance and registration procedures in March 2022 and March 2023 respectively due to issues with the validity period of financial information in the listing documents.
