Tianjin will accelerate the digital construction around transport infrastructure, transportation services, industry governance, etc., and enable the development of transportation with advanced information technology.

According to the "Plan", Tianjin will accelerate the construction of a digital transportation hub, accelerate the layout in areas such as digital highways, digital ports, and digital government, and cultivate a digital transportation industry ecosystem. In terms of application scenarios, we will continue to promote industry data sharing, focus on creating new scenarios and formats such as "big data+", and continue to carry out network security and data security governance; In terms of infrastructure, we will carry out pilot projects for smart highways such as Xinggang, Jinji, and Jingjintang, and carry out independent research and development of automated container terminal control core systems; In terms of industrial upgrading, we will guide internet companies to cooperate with traditional transportation enterprises, expand intelligent payment methods for public transportation, promote the construction of smart stations for rail transit, and enhance passengers' travel experience.
