During the implementation process, Inspur Cloud Island innovatively created intelligent detection and control equipment for cable laying, developed a visual model for cable laying recognition of over 400, and achieved a complete process of shooting, recognition, and intelligent adjustment that took less than 0.1 seconds. This effectively solved problems such as high manual laying cost and low efficiency, low laying quality causing cost waste, safety hazards in production, and difficulty in tracing quality issues.

"Thanks to the full use of industrial Internet machine vision technology, the pain points in the development of the cable industry have been solved." Li Juan, deputy director of Mount Taishan Cable Manufacturing Department, said that machine vision technology can act as the "eyes" and "brain" of equipment. With "eyes", equipment can sense the surrounding environment, and with "brain", equipment can intelligently carry out production operations. Originally, each production line location needed to be staffed. After the implementation and promotion of this project, it is expected that 20 to 30 people can be coordinated to supplement other important positions on the production line

In February this year, Mount Taishan Cable was rated as a national "green factory". Its green cable can save about 20% of energy consumption, and the overall recovery rate is over 98%. Recently, Chongqing announced the identification result of 2023 digital workshop, and Mount Taishan UHV cable production digital workshop was successfully selected. Digital technology has become an important driving force for Mount Taishan cable to improve quality, reduce cost and increase efficiency, and develop green and high-quality cables.

Song Zhigang, Vice General Manager of Inspur Yunzhou Industrial Internet and Chairman of Guoqi Zhimou, further said that, taking this as the fulcrum, Inspur Yunzhou is exploring more application scenarios such as intelligent quality inspection and intelligent cable stripping based on Mount Taishan cable intelligent manufacturing construction planning, and further promoting replication to the industry.

In the Celes Liangjiang Smart Factory, which is 40 kilometers away from the Mount Taishan cable, the mechanical arm telescopes and rotates, more than 1000 robots cooperate orderly, and laser welding operates at high speed. Here, stamping a set of automotive components takes only 5 seconds

In this smart factory, there are five major process workshops: stamping, welding, painting, final assembly, and battery PACK. At the same time, over 1000 robots work together to achieve high automation and 24-hour online inspection, effectively reducing labor costs and making manufacturing more accurate.

In addition, the stamping workshop has fully automated production equipment such as full line dust and noise reduction, automated boxing, AGV automatic transmission, and one click mold changing, which can complete a component in just 5 seconds. The painting workshop is the first automobile production line in China to use a seven axis robotic arm, which uses a large number of seven axis spraying robotic arms and can complete spraying operations for 30 vehicles per hour.

In this regard, the relevant person in charge of Celes told reporters that at the beginning of the group's transformation into new energy, a forward-looking layout of intelligent manufacturing was carried out. Celes' smart factories and intelligent production lines maintain a high level of productivity, with an average of one finished car smoothly coming off the production line every 2 minutes, and a high level of delivery capacity. By the end of 2023, Celes' annual planned production capacity will exceed 1 million.

In September 2022, Liangjiang New Area signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Celis Group.
