On October 13th, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued the EH216-S Manned Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System Type Certificate (TC) to Yihang Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. The EH216-S manned unmanned aerial vehicle is a product independently developed by Yihang Intelligent. It is a manned vertical takeoff and landing aircraft that can achieve unmanned operation and can be applied in scenarios such as manned transportation, air tourism, air logistics, and medical emergency response.

To ensure the safety performance of the aircraft, Yihang Intelligent has used a large number of redundant technical performance designs to ensure that the aircraft does not affect flight safety due to any single point of failure. At present, the area has opened up an air test route from Jingxia to Kowloon Lake Square in terms of air commuting, and built the first air intelligent transportation experience center in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area; Two air logistics routes have been opened, which can achieve rapid transportation of emergency drugs and daily necessities; Trial operation of two air travel experience routes; In terms of smart city management, drone applications have been carried out in areas such as traffic law enforcement, water quality monitoring, and illegal land use.
